Admin Vs. Non Admin Console Views



Admin users have full accessibility and feature visibility within the Forsta Console. Non Admin user's will have a restricted view of the Console, with limited visibility that is structured to their informational needs.


The Admin User's Console



Admin user's will have access to all Console pages, actions, features, and information:



  • Integrations Page
  • Billing Page
  • Retention Page
  • Any messages not sent/recv’d by the user in Message Feed
  • Any messages not sent/recv’d by the user in the Message History Page
  • People Page (user list is available in the messenger)
  • Add People Page
  • Message Settings Page


Actions and Features

  • Changing Domain profile information
  • Adding/Deleting/Editing users (including a user’s tags)
  • Adding/Deleting/Editing Tags



Personal contact information, other than tags, of any users in the system including:

  • Phone numbers
  • Emails
  • Addresses



The Non Admin User's Console



Non admin user's will have access to the following Console pages, actions, features, and visibility:



  • Messenger
  • Message History
  • Help



  • User Profile
  • Domain Profile
  • Messenger
  • Message History
  • Help


 Actions & Features

  • Editing user’s own profile
  • Viewing user’s own sent/received messages in the Feed
